Rattlers Lacrosse is hosting a Shooting & Dodging Clinic designed to help players develop the technical foundations required to consistently create separation and score in game situations. This session emphasizes efficient movement, decision-making, and repeatable scoring mechanics through a high-repetition training format.
The clinic is open to boys and girls and is limited in size to ensure quality instruction and individualized feedback.
This clinic is run through Rattlers Lacrosse and led by Ethan LaHoda, Training & Development for Team 91 Northside. Training is designed to be applicable across positions and experience levels while maintaining a clear technical focus.

Location: LGC Athletics – Erie, CO (5466 Co Rd 3, Erie, CO 80516)
Cost: $40 per player
Player Cap: Limited to 25 players per age group
Session Times:
Elementary School: 5:30 – 7:00PM Boys & Girls
Middle School: 7:15 – 8:45PM Boys & Girls
What to Expect
Athletes will train in a structured, fast-paced environment focused on offensive efficiency and game-relevant skill development:
Ball Handling & Change of Direction
Structured stick and footwork progressions designed to prepare hands, acceleration, deceleration, and timing for high-speed execution.
Dodging & Separation
Coach LaHoda’s Dash Dodging Progressions, emphasizing footwork efficiency, body positioning, and acceleration patterns to consistently gain advantage on defenders.
On-the-Run Scoring
RAMPS-based scoring progressions focused on optimizing range, angle, momentum, placement, and situational decision-making while shooting at speed.
Note: Due to the strict 25-player cap per age group, sessions are expected to fill quickly.
