Rattlers Lacrosse is offering a free Sports Performance Clinic focused on developing the physical tools athletes need to move better, play faster, and stay durable throughout the season. This session emphasizes foundational speed, strength, and movement mechanics that directly translate to on-field performance.
This clinic is run through Rattlers Lacrosse and led by Coach Brian Roach, Director of Sports Performance for LGC Athletic. Training is designed to be applicable across positions and experience levels while maintaining a clear goal for all athletes.

Player Cap: Limited to 25 players per age group
Session Times:
Elementary School: 5:45 – 6:45PM Boys & Girls
Middle School: 7 – 8 PM Boys & Girls
What to Expect
Athletes will train through a structured, high-repetition performance session designed to build efficient movement patterns and athletic confidence:
Speed & Acceleration Mechanics
Teaching proper sprint posture, first-step mechanics, and force application.
Change of Direction & Deceleration
Developing braking ability, body control, and re-acceleration for safer, more effective movement.
Strength & Power Foundations
Bodyweight and light resistance progressions to improve stability, explosiveness, and coordination.
Mobility & Injury-Resilient Movement
Addressing range of motion, joint control, and movement efficiency to support long-term athletic development.
