Introducing the First Annual Rattlers Fall Training Camp & Performance Combine

The Rattlers Lacrosse Fall Training Camp & Performance Combine, in partnership with LGC Athletics, is designed to elevate your game and showcase your athletic abilities. This comprehensive camp offers a blend of advanced lacrosse training and professional athletic assessments, giving players a unique opportunity to develop and demonstrate their skills in a competitive environment.

Training Camp/Combine Features:

    • Led by Top Coaches: Our camp is guided by experienced coaches who have a proven track record of developing lacrosse talent. Their expertise ensures that each participant receives high-level instruction tailored to their position.
    • Professional Combine: Participants will undergo a rigorous performance combine, featuring key assessments like:
      • 40-Yard Dash: Test your speed and explosiveness over a critical distance.
      • 5-10-5 Shuttle: Measure your agility and change-of-direction speed.
      • Vertical Jump: Evaluate your lower-body power and vertical leap.
      • Broad Jump: Assess your explosive strength and jumping ability.
  • Fastest Shot: How fast each player shoots with both hands. 
      • Universal Speed Rating: Receive a Universal Speed Rating account that benchmarks your athletic performance and allows them to compare their performance against athletes across the country.
    • Positional Training: Specialized training sessions focused on developing the skills necessary for success in your specific position. Learn advanced techniques and strategies that will set you apart on the field.
    • Fall League System Introduction: Get a head start on the competition by familiarizing yourself with the fall league systems. Understand the structure, rules, and strategies that will be crucial for your success in the upcoming season. 
    • Detailed Combine Overview: Every participant will receive a detailed report of their combine results, along with personalized feedback on their positional performance. This overview will highlight strengths and areas for improvement, providing a roadmap for your development as a player. 
  • Mental Performance Training: Coach LaHoda will lead a workshop on being the ultimate teammate which will include: building & igniting trust, leadership, and creating a culture of character, commitment, and family.  
  • Pizza Party: We will conclude the combine with a pizza party where players and families can meet and get to know each other.

Ages & Times: 

1st-8th Grade- 9:00am-12:00pm

*Approximately 2 hours of lacrosse, 1 hour of combine
