James Kirchner

James brings five years of flag football coaching experience to the Rattlers 1st Grade, along with a genuine passion for creating a positive, fun environment where kids can learn, grow, and develop both on and off the field. His interest in coaching took root in college, where he once aspired to become a college-level defensive coordinator, but his true coaching journey began when he became a dad.

Coaching his boys has become one of the most meaningful parts of his life. Outside of coaching, James enjoys spending time with his kids, playing sports together, and staying active at his CrossFit gym, Koda Iron View.
