Skills Lab

Rocky Mountain Rattlers Training | Skills Lab

overview

Skills Lab is the starting point of the MPH pathway, the position-specific player development curriculum designed by Coach Ethan LaHoda at Legacy Lacrosse Center. At Skills Lab players build the stick skills, fundamentals, and decision making to lay the foundation for their game. From here, they're ready to move into the position-specific tracks for offense, defense, goalie, and faceoff.

Where great players are built, one rep at a time.

Skills Lab is where players build the fundamentals everything else depends on. It's perfect for newer players getting started, intermediate players looking to increase their skillset, and for experienced players who want to sharpen their edge.

Every Wednesday, players get focused coaching and high-rep drills in a fun, positive environment at Legacy Lacrosse Center
