Jane Earley

Jane brings an elite playing résumé to the Rattlers 7/8th Grade Girls. She played Division III lacrosse at Middlebury College from 2019 to 2023, where her teams won three national championships in her three competing seasons, and she earned national honors as a two-time National Player and Attacker of the Year and a three-time All-American. She then completed a fifth year at the Division I level with the University of Denver.

Jane has been coaching since 2024 and currently leads the 2032 Elite Team for the Tenacity Project at the club level. Lacrosse was her outlet growing up – a space to be competitive, express herself, and form deep connections with teammates, and she loves creating that same arena for other girls, where competitive intensity is celebrated. Off the field, she’s a devoted fan of writing letters and sending them by snail mail.
